Cognizant is a very great organization and each employer is treated as family here.. The compensation which we get for our work is very satisfactory. Work culture is very good and the company strictly follows ethics and always ensure safety of each employee.

Dislikes

The only thing which is little upsetting is that our role is fixed and it's difficult to get opportunities in the area where we are truely interested in. If this one thing gets fixed my company will be definitely top 1 in all aspects
