Cognico is a worst company to work in you have to come to office at 10:30am and you can leave the office at 10pm and sometimes even 10:30pm. Most toxic company to work in so much of politics and discrimination in office. You will never get your salary on time and forget about the incentives. Plus every month deductions in salary sometimes 10k few employees have got deduction of more than 30000/- No fnf no pf they will deduct pf but it will never be credited to pf account. Also you have to work on sundays. Most of the time you have to work on 7 days whether your bring sales or not. No placements for any students....Read More
