The agent is not treated properly. Even after complaining there no action is taken..Rules change day by day without inform. Shift time can be changed anytime. There is a thing of leave application in every office but it is not there in our office. Team leader says do extra work so we will help you in your time... but they all lie. Manager is not supportive. The team leader is also like that.
