Salary increment is low & Incentives structure is bad. Less opportunities for employees outside Mumbai. No opportunities to grow for old employees, rather hire employees at high cost from outside, who again leave after 1 year. But still no promotion given to old hands who are taking care of branch fully. Management don't want to see facts and proof of any kind of complaints. Just blindly depends on what senior manager has to say. Very pathetic culture, your performance and work quality don't matter only people playing politics can and nodding their heads with senior's has a place to work with. No proper system in place.
