Providing facilities to work from home and receiving the salaries on time during the Covid19 Lockdown . They are providing proper guidance to work from home and a good support system through the HR / IT department. We are getting all the information towards the working process and making the decisions looking over the situation in society through the townhall by the management.

There might be job security, but still I feel my department is a bit more about the monotony and same desk job again and again. There are inter department transfers (that too a few) and importance is given to education of students still studying and working but not that much.

Even though they claim, that there is importance given to a good candidate's studies and education, they only grant leaves to those visiting village for family functions and events. And never question them that if you wanted so many leaves why are you working? But questions the employees taking leaves that if you wanted to study, why did you join us? Hence the multiple amount of resignations taking place. I'm not saying the company's too bad, but it's not so good either. No opportunities to grow for old employees, rather hire employees at high cost from outside, who again leave after 1 year. There is nothing what a person can like. Only need of work, due to which people stay over there.

Management don't want to see facts and proof of any kind of complaints. Just blindly depends on what senior manager has to say. Very pathetic culture, your performance and work quality don't matter only people playing politics can and nodding their heads with senior's has a place to work with. No proper system in place.
