they are supporting there employee by giving two option forceful self resignation or otherwise they will done the termination by their own.

Dislikes

there is no job security in this organization they hire you and put you on bench for three months without giving you any opportunity .Even they conduct fake interview as well for firing. In this Covid 19 situation they have fire 200+ employee without giving them any opportunity by saying you are on bench more than 45 days.Please never waste you time in this organization . They didn't support any employee . I worked here approx 2 yr in project but unfortunately project is ram down on 5 April because of covid 19 . All projects member came to the bench after 45 they Cal us and said put the paper other wise we will terminate u. Even they didn't give us 30 days notice Period also.as we put the paper that is last day in organizations with full and final....Read More
