The work life balance is pretty. Though some delivery projects may not allow you to have the required work life balance.

Dislikes

Since the company is not growing at a fast pace as well as not foraying into any new technologies, the growth opportunities are very limited. The middle management of the company is highly incompetent and hence are not able to shape careeres of youngsters.
