No job security, one can loose job any time. If you don't suck up to your managers, your life is in peril. Hundreds of employees were sacked during Covid times. Harassment by managers is rampant, if you complain to HR, HR might take punitive action against you. Increment is negligible salary is also below market standards</mark>. Management is highly biased, incompetant, arbitrary. No job security, one may be fired if you don't keep managers in good humor. Salary is pathetic. Don't ever join this organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
