I Joined On Demand Agility then Coforge acquired ODA and become Coforge. ODA/Coforge is just staffing company they hire people and put them at client location. This is not service provider company as they don't own any projects. I was working from client. Client stopped projects due cost cutting and not renewed our contract. Client informed ODA/Coforge 1 month before contract ending but ODA/Coforge not able to get us new project for us. ODA/Coforge asked us to leave as they not gor any project. No bench nothing. No Learning opportunities not as single training is offered by ODA/Coforge HR people are not respond to your queries Very Micro management Go for some Local company or Startup but don't go for this company. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Job security is worst</mark>..!!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
