There is no limit of dislikes for me towards this organisation.. 1. No work life balance 2. Management die when you ask for leaves 3. Cheap less skilled labour type managers who even don't know how to speak English 4. Pathetic food 5. They expect you to work even if you have 104 fever 6. Nobody listens to you when you raise voice 7.People don't want to join this organisation due to remote location 8. You can't easily reach here and leave early is never ever possible 9. Transport is horrible 10. People are super biased and on your face they will shout even in meeting rooms 11. Nothing can be kept hidden here, every feedback rotates in the full ODC 12.
