You get motivational mail, saying mental health is important that-this and all, but to be honestly in reality you are screwed.
Dislikes
Kept patient to read completely or regret joining the company and later please comeback and help poor freshers not to fall in trap, how I and you fell on joining.
Look you might be ignoring all the below said reality like I did, and thinking you are smart like how I did, later on when you regret and sit, come up-vote my honest and worst experience.
Following are the things which you will have to face on joining this company.
They force you to work additional hour,
To dail leads which are invalid,
To hear scoldings from the parents sitting in US, etc
To disturb the poor NRI's minding their own business in US, UK , CANADA.
The manager screw you down, puts pressure on you on not being able to achieve the target.
Doing fake promises to parents and later on when getting a payment from parents for their child's coding/math/science classes somehow run away from them.
INITIALLY,
You get 2 months of training period which is extended upto you attaining the Target. The targets are usually more 300000INR.
It increases each month no matter u achieve or not the manager will screw you.
The company at the beginning of joining it behaves like it cares but if you are unable to achieve Target they don't treat you equally.
I had seen many people leaving the company, they to fell in trap like me
The CTC is not the real one.
The company says that you'll have 2 months training and blah blah, but it extends till long time.
You'll be paid only 20000INR during training period.
You cannot become permanent easily.
And at the end when you plan to leave the company they will not give you relieving letter and all unless you meet your Targets which around 80% of 12,00,000 INR to 15,00,000 INR and on putting a notice period you probably might not recieve any salary that month. And you cannot fight against it.
So if you try to go to another company you cannot show this experience also because no relieving letter no recommendation letter and all.
They want you to die.
Out 10 any 1 or 2 gets the relieving letter, now. Don't be of the overconfidence of your the best and all. The management sitting there is smarter than you.
The company is an Ed-tech like Byju's which went well during COVID, but the founders are like they want the same thing even today, which is difficult and they are not ready to accept.
Look there are many positive feedback, even I trusted them and joined, I become mentally I'll because of the pressure, night shifts, improper training, managements
unachievable target set on each employee.
You won't be getting any laptop and all as of now, will have to buy on EMI'S later stay in the company without any option of leaving as you have to pay EMI's.
I regret purchasing a laptop believing a job in hand.
And they ultimately fired me for not being able to achieve my target and I'm in debt today.
Guys, please don't join I suffered like hell.
I'm advising you guys. Don't be arrogant to my review and join, because it's not easy. Search any other job, these guys are gonna make you suffer like hell.
Only 2-3 out of 10 -20 are able to survive because of luck and politics in the company.
And even if you join and later while leaving please come here and comment ok.
Please don't comment a fake one, because those who had been there trusting those positive reviews suffered like me.
