Learning curve is really good. There's no preset time for login and logout, however one is expected to finish his/her dependencies and make proper deliveries. Team is very supportive and encouraging. Good environment to learn and develop skillset.

Dislikes

Although the employee benefits at Codewave are satisfactory, there is a room for improvement. Giving additional incentives and bonuses would motivate the employee to amplify their work and skills helping them achieve the career growth that they desire for.

While the current benefits are decent, it would be fantastic to see additional perks or incentives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation. There is freedom to try out new things, to be your own self, freedom to fail and learn from it. There is flexibility in terms of growth, work timings, even to switch roles internally. There is a lot of scope for growth, be it the skillset, in the role, personal or even at individual level how one can grow is amazing. Great team members and a bunch of highly driven individuals learning from each other. It's not the number of years in the company or the overall years of experience that determines what you can do here, it's the impact you create. If one needs to be told what to do, they may find it extremely difficult to work here as individuals are expected to be highly self managed. Also if someone expects the growth on traditional terms ( like from an intern > fresher > junior > senior > lead), that doesn't work here.
