After 9 years at Codewave, i can honestly say that i haven't found any significant cons.

Codewave is truly a unique comapany where self management is at its core. Its great to be part of culture where both Clients and Employees are equally treated, Promoting a sense of mutual respect and collaboration.

Dislikes

The Self managed environment requires self discipline and ownership, which might not suite everyone. If someone wants a manager to keep micro managing on their growth and tasks then its not a good place for them.

Work policy: Even though the company has some rules, It is flexible, the project teams can decide themselves,the org is good as long as the team is meeting expectations of each others from their teams

- Some of the seniors have really bad attitude who plays bad politics - lack of growth and exposure on different fields, say if you are a Node.Js developer and joined as a intern or junior you can reach success till a lead position, but limited to Node.Js only, if you think you can add some frontend to become Full stack, there is a problem you will not be able to do that. - limited number of technology used - old methodology follows, ("if it is working don't touch it" kind of)...Read More
