I am working as Software Developer here at Codebase . From the experience till now , I must say that it has best work culture and work life balance . Honestly the people over here are soo friendly and helpful ,it feels at home. You can directly talk with the founder , COO or HR's over any concern and get it resolved ASAP. Overall , it is a really good company.

Excellent company culture. People are helpful. While working I observed that, no issues with no one, no favoritism, and you can do your work in peaceful manner. I would say we can do our work by enjoying without any problem and tension. Work satisfaction. No micro-management. Flexible timing gives work-life balance.
