The culture has negative impact, with people automatically assuming that we need to put in extra effort beyond our working hours without any corresponding benefits. There are very few opportunities to upskill, even if you do there are limited chances to apply them

Thug company, they make their staff copy code and design of their clients to build similar products telling stories and once the product is ready they layoff all the folks working on those projects with in a week.

Dislikes

Thugluq leader is ruling the India center. Zero tech. knowledge or presentation skills, he know how to steal ideas and efforts of others and stamp his name. God knows what the CEO saw in him to make him a country head. He and his friend are ill-omen for YML, they are killing the company culture with their ego and selfishness.

If you're in any project, then you will get a good learning experience. The work culture is great and managers always look forward to have some innovative projects and loop you in.

Dislikes

Concept of being on bench. I was on bench for more than 5 months. The management was always listening to me but didn't do anything to put me into some project. But my manager was really helpful for me.
