Politics in the company. Projects will go directly into prod no testing team. No Devops team no front end team no testing team or qa team everything you have to do. It’s a startup service based company so work life balance will be hell

Great Learning and mentorship Good work and projects Competitive salaries and ESOPs expanded to middle east giving opportunity to work from Bharain aswell. Salaries on time now, earlier was an issue but the company was a startup, but now fixed this and no such issue as of now. Salaries come on first day of month. Good vision for the expansion of the company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Working with Codalien technologies has been a roller coaster ride for me. From starting my learning journey to becoming a skilled full stack developer, it has been ups and downs but my seniors have helped to get over all the challenges. The work environment is also fun, they never let you get bored as they keep engaging employees with fun excercises, team outings and employee engagement programs.
