Always fun, no work. Good place to hangout with friends and colleagues since no one is bothered about work.

Dislikes

There is no work ethics among the owners. Management treats employees like servants and make them sit in office for 54 hours officially and 70-80 hours unofficially. 2-days salary was deducted for any leaves taken on either Monday or Saturday. Employees never got salary on time. It was a nightmare to work with Coconut Media Box.

Work Details

Initially my role was bit challenging as there was no such HR dept, I had to start from scratch to build the HR team and to formulate all the policies and regulations. Started the documentation process and disbursement of all type of official letters.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
