The entire culture of Cochlear India is very toxic and full of favouritism, with high discrepancies in pay structure, a company with a employee strength of 80+ in India with a high attrition rate(15-20/yearly) shows the culture of the organisation, too much toxic and they don’t understand the concept of professional and personal life, you will be indirectly forced to run 5K and 10K in meetings just because the top person of the organisation likes to run!! Culture is one of bullying and intimidation. You are expected to 'do as directed' and not apply any of your intellect or mental faculties. Zero learning opportunity and absolutely no intent to improve or grow as an organization.
