Only thing is good here is the blessings that once gets from the recipients family

Dislikes

The entire culture of Cochlear India is very toxic and full of favouritism, with high discrepancies in pay structure, a company with a employee strength of 80+ in India with a high attrition rate(15-20/yearly) shows the culture of the organisation, too much toxic and they don’t understand the concept of professional and personal life, you will be indirectly forced to run 5K and 10K in meetings just because the top person of the organisation likes to run!! Ridiculous! Stay away from the organisation till the current management is there, but globally it is a very good organisation to work for, only South Asia(India) management is the issue....Read More
