Only thing that is positive is that you get the opportunity to learn a lot. Apart from this there's nothing postive. There's no work life balance. You'll be loaded with so much work that you'll end up working at least 12- 14 hours everyday. And on top of this they'll expect you to work on weekends as well. They have cut the salary of ALL the employees (except the front end) by 20% because of COVID for Apr- Jun . They have asked to work 4 days a week to compensate for the salary reduction but that is only on papers, in actuality the working time has only increased....Read More

Dislikes

Working environment is terrible. A normal job is made into a highly pressurised one. You'll burnout in a year. Insane deadlines and of course the compensation is a far very from the industry standard. Even during the Corona situation they hardly care about the employees. Although work from home is there but it's literally frowned upon as if you're taking leaves.
