First and foremost, I love the sense of purpose that comes with being part of a small, close knit team. The contributions are more visible, and you can see it having an impact on company's success. Given that Coastr is a startup- there is a certain level of uncertainty. The priorities change constantly and we have limited resources. The fast paced environment can sometimes lead to lack in following structured processes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
