Some members of the team are very laborious and experienced and rise to the occasion but some are deadwoods and they are destroying the work culture and damaging the company and getting better benefits in terms of promotion, salary, quality of life etc. The hard working group is very susceptible to different types of stress and strain due to wrong complaints by blackmailing RTI activists,trade union leaders, politicians etc. for which you would not get any relief rather you would be punished by vigilance, CVC , DGMS ,ISO and other bodies.The elite who is not at all bearing any pain for the company are enjoying the company in terms of promotion, salary , foreign tours, selection for PESB advertised posts, quality of life etc. which is very demoralizing, frustrating and demotivating....Read More

Work Details

In fact, I am devoted to the company and I am working for the company at the cost of my personal,family and social life. At times I am getting severe stress due to wrong complaints for which there is no relief .
