Work culture of this company is very good. Management is very cooperative and accessible. In recent years job security is not there. If you are not able to achieve minimum benchmark then chances will be provided to you to improve for 3-4 months but still if their is no improvement then you are not secured.

Dislikes

There are so many frequent changes in their policies.

It was really cool, I enjoyed and learned a lot.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
