1) We are working of 2days rotational shift. My shift has changed after 2 days. First Morning then Evening then Night then one day off.
2) They dont know how to manage things.
3) Salary is not given on time. Sometimes they hold the salary with reason that some cilent is not given the salary.
4) I am working at client location. Client knows that my manager will never deny for anything. So he use us for doing unnecessary works which is not listed in our contract. I am Engineer by profession and by education. I am doing work of account, billing, client relation, vendor management, Network monitoring, Server monitoring, regularly giving updated of logs via mail, etc.
5) They will not give you experience letter after the resignation.
