Very Worst organisation. Service delivery team Manager Umesh Rane and Imran and HR team Not response properly and doing politics in this organisation. Very Very Worst in management, communication, and team coordination, too much deviation, no pre planned or post planning. Very very Worst Organisation. I never Ever saw this kind of organisation.

Manager will never appreciate your work if you ask for increment after completing 1 or 2 year. No appraisal cycle and there is no any transparency in promotion and salary increment as per performance. No any proper performance audit and trainer is even unable to speak fluently and give answer to basic queries.

I was hired role of network engineer but management are very fraud he give me position in offer letter consultant and 225000 annual salary but he deduction TDS means tax and very bad management don't join this company.

I started my career here and had stayed for very long period got to learn many technologies, thanks to my managers.

Dislikes

CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. The engineers at sites are not competitive. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.
