One thing in the company is that the salary is paid on time and the second thing is that the conveyance is cut and the salary is also cut a lot and we reduce the log active activity by a very high percentage and the ATM card is cut at 8.

Some top level persons have established their supremacy over this company, they have made their own teams from top to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. No Like for this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.

No increment, no benefit, no allowance for extra duty hours, no proper Managment, no HR team to hear your concerns, only, poor growth in company. No revision in salary even after 4 years. You can't share your views with anyone because you will be rotate by CMS and Dominant.
