I joined as a senior engineer in PPC department. I have 8 year of work experience from Japanese MNC. After joining this company i realised that this a biggest mistake of my life. I prefer no one hase to join this company..here top management is very wrost and non supportive.

Vice president don't have brain Don't know basic knowledge of operation and maintenance. He expect technical team members need do physical work like labors. All the departments are good except HR Department. Work-Life balance and Provide many opportunities for Growth.

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.
