I joined as a senior engineer in PPC department. I have 8 year of work experience from Japanese MNC. After joining this company i realised that this a biggest mistake of my life. I prefer no one hase to join this company..here top management is very wrost and non supportive.

i had work for 3 year in this company as quality engineer. there admin staff are very supporting nature . they disburse our salary mostly on or before time.

Company Policy & Management thought process is great, which rare to seen everywhere. The best part is welcome for new thinking which feel for change energetic blood in system for long success

Wages allocation is need to improve i.e. salary in one go. Need to improve on sudden high temper without thinking next act at every level.

All the departments are good except HR Department. Work-Life balance and Provide many opportunities for Growth.

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.

Environment is very supportive and team members are very friendly. I'm still friends with most of them. Engagement team and especially the CHRO took several initiatives to help better the office culture. Both Mohan sir and the Sanjay sir are very approachable at all times.

Sometimes the work is too much and I had to stay late. Moving up the ladder takes some time.

Top leadership - seem dedicated Freedom to work - no nitpickings Company culture - I became good friends with everyone in my team. The seniors are also very involved with us, especially Sanjay sir and Mohan sir.

Good Learning with a price tag of overburden.

No support from Senior. The company only take care of their CXO and CHRO but not their employees. Contribution of yours doesn't get recognized. They don't have budget to employee MT as they are paid more than an employee with 4-5 yrs of Exp. Worst management. Even they pressurise us to give good rating of the company on Ambition box, Glassdoor and Great place to work survey.
