It is near about 13km away from my home. I like CMR logo only.

Dislikes

No support from seniors,you can be fired at any time. Senior can blame you of their faults. Generally, meeting scheduled after working hours after 5:30 pm. Owners have aggressive nature ( In townhall meeting, someone asked something, owner told him ,"tumse pta chlta hai ki tumari maa ne tumhe kaise sanskaar die hai, nikalo ise yha se" and no one organisation said anything.

There has only one good thing that salary comes on time. But Management and upper staffs are very cheap and bad environment & couture. New joinee spoile career if they join CMR.

Dislikes

There has no value time and work. Bad management and upper level staff. CMR spoiling new or old employee’s career. I have 2 years experience in this and i will not recommend to anyone for join CMR.

Vice president don't have brain Don't know basic knowledge of operation and maintenance. He expect technical team members need do physical work like labors. Dislikes

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.

Environment is very supportive and team members are very friendly. I'm still friends with most of them. Engagement team and especially the CHRO took several initiatives to help better the office culture. Both Mohan sir and the Sanjay sir are very approachable at all times.
