They give commute service and benefits.

Dislikes

Company culter is good. Mainly management capabilities are poor. Everyone is working with the work of 2 or more people. So everyone stays in plant upto 12 hours everyday. Halol plant is at remote area, so commute not available and have to wait for others till late night. I haven't found work life balance here. Management is also unable to find talented people who works here. You can't take credit of your idea and present it to management alone. 6 days a week is quite heavy with almost 10 to 12 hours duty....Read More
