Lot of pressure, management penalise you if work not complete in ltd time. Late sitting extra 2 to 4 hours. Hire & fire policy. Dirty politics

Dislikes

Debit & penality on the empolyee .they look how many time you goes in toilet. Total rubish company , never join it. No growth, no life balance, no policy for employee

We have a 'lights-out' policy in which lights are switched off at 7:30pm to discourage late working hours. One has to take permission from Senior Management for any late sitting. We have strong HR Policies for the betterment of employees. We take feedbacks from all employees for designing employee friendly policies before they are rolled out.
