All the departments are good except HR Department. Work-Life balance and Provide many opportunities for Growth.

Dislikes

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.

The management is concerned about the employees and treats everyone as a part of the family . The management comes up with innovative ideas like creating value boxes and connecting the new joinees with the organisational values.

there is nothing for the time being, a good place to start one's career.
