Our policies are a result of benchmarking with best-in-class organizations and also ensuring participative approach by circulating draft policies to all employees for feedback/suggestions before finalizing the same. Also, there is a review mechanism wherein concerns expressed by employees are addressed through policy interventions following the same procedure. In order to ensure adherence to the policies, we are following 2 approaches- a. simplification of policies to ensure ease of governance, and b. increased digitalization to eliminate human intervention as far as possible.
