HR will onboard you without explaining the company's policies. After joining and completing the training, you will find out the actual terms. Some people are even terminated in the middle of training if they feel you're not meeting their expectations. There's no commitment, and you can't complain because no one will listen. After training, you'll discover that you must work on weekends with no extra leave. If there's a festival, it will count as your week off, and you'll have to take your weekly off according to the company’s schedule. Here’s my story: Something unfortunate happened at my home, and I had to travel to my hometown. I requested leave, but it was denied. I even promised to rejoin after returning. However, I was forced to resign because HR insisted I submit my resignation before leaving. They assured me my salary would be credited within 45 days. After resigning, they asked for my account details for salary processing, which I provided. Later, they asked me to rejoin, but I reminded them that they had denied me earlier and that the company didn’t have a rejoining policy. I also explained that I’d need time to rejoin as I’d have to arrange tickets. Then they sent a message saying they wouldn’t provide my salary. I emailed them regarding this, and they replied that I should have served a 30-day notice period before resignation. If this was the company's policy, why wasn’t I informed at the time? Why did they give me false assurances? I even included their escalation team in the email (CC), but I never received a response. This company is very unprofessional and fraudulent....Read More
