The Salary is good. Timing are good Work is good

Dislikes

Overall Policies are Stringent and only changes when management wants it. 0 Support by HR infact are least intrested in emplyoees issues. Work life balance is pathetic and also nor manager support decisions. Overall it feels very sad to work here.

1. Flat heirarchy 2. Gets a exposure at how office politics work. 3. If in dev team you get good exposure of end to end working of an application. 4. In certain teams senior people are seriously talented.

1. Micro management regarding office timings and work. 2. No or marginable increment and bonus. 3. Too much office politics. 4. Higher management doesn't have any clue of the future of company . 5.
