The fresher can easily gets hands on real time environment

1) Contract amount 1lkh is charged for 3.5Yrs employment bond. Where as the selection should happen on Meri Basis. 2) Appraisals are influenced by good relationship with Management and not on Merit. 3)Poor Senior management and leadership when it comes to delivery. 4)No backup is sent on time when onsite consultant is on NP due to which client often gets annoyed. 5)Consultant who are at onsite feels ignored as Mgr never plans proactive visit at Client side to find out if the things are alright. Mgr only appears during escalations or contract renewal. 6) Major Technical activities which can be charged has given free under value add. Where as other companies charge for the activities. This sets wrong expectations as the Company doesnt capitalize on encashing on the activities....Read More
