This company doesn't make you work for hours and hours, also the owner of the company is very patient and considerate

Dislikes

The company doesn't have any policy in favour of employees, their rules keep changing from person to person. Poor hr departments. They don't have heirachy of posts, so growth is no possible.They haven't given increament in last 2years.directors are good but the old staff doesn't let you contact bosses and try to rule as if they are boss

Salary - Bad
Skill development - Poor

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work is boring, they are not own for innovations, but they master in what they have been doing traditionally.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
