I am very Impressed with your culture environment while working in the field. This is my big achievement working with CHAI.I hope to able to work with CHAI even further.My teammates my boss are very supportive .

Work Details

I got a lot of experience from this job.I got many information about tuberculosis and friendship with doctor's.I am really very happy for those helped to poor peoples and many learnings to this job very thankful CHAI

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
