Company is a startup so they hire and fire employees, they are trying to be corporate but sadly they are misbehaving with people working there, one thing is good salary is on time but nothing else, no learning, no development, no moral values.

1. The management is very mean and they only care about their company not employee friendly at all. 2. They want a person with no personal life who only can work for their company like donkey at minimum cost or even for free. 3. This is a company where you can not make career or stay for longtime. You have to take approval for smallsmall things, you will start losing your self confidence here. 4. Company changes policies according to their mood and even doesn't discuss with employees and immediately direct the employees. 5. They follow strict timing, you have to start work at time but they will ask you to work even after office time. 6. There are no benefit for employee even after having BRAND MOTHERLY, No Maternity Benefit for women employee even they don't want any women employee who is pregnant. Because they feel that the pregnant one would not be productive for their company. 7. If they don't like or not satisfied with anyone work, they will start targeting that person and will make a situation and harass employee to get the resignation from them. 8. If you are looking for career and monitory growth this defiantly is not the right place for you. There is a dictatorships rule that's being followed here. The directors don't care about the employees. The funny part is they claim to be an employee centric and a company with good work culture, I feel the directors should go, work fora good organization to find out what does this mean. They are utter rubbish people. Most of all they have the tendency to just tell people to leave the organization whenever they wish to. So you cannot expect professionalism out of them hence no job security here. Having worked with corporates and even startups, Clickr has been the worst experience. I have wasted my time and energy here. I would not recommend anyone to work here especially if you are a female as they would harass you to the extent that you can't think of.
