The best is that you will get to hands on and learn latest cloud technologies, supportive environment, get exposure of multiple clouds, etc.

Dislikes

The worst thing in this company is worst compensation for the talent and skillset. Company CEO directly interfere in every project without any SOW, changes requirements every single day which is damn frustrating. Talks lot of shit about growth of company and the reality is you will get disappointment only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
