One thing i like the most about working in click labs is scope of learning. This company provides ample opportunity to choose whichever profile we want. The working culture is good here. And thry have employee rehire policy which i like the most.

Worst organisation to work with above all dont join this firm for career growth it will ruin anyones career. They dont care about you, your family or anyones career and above all even if you are giving your best without reason they will ask you one day to quit which hurts the most if you have a family who is fully dependent on you. Above all the worst part about this organisation is the management and the senior management who believes in hiring and firing its employees. I got placed there in my last year of IIT and I am lucky to observe so much toxic culture in my first place. Where hardworkers are not even getting appreciation and the buttering people are getting big PPOs and promotions. Decided to let go after my intern.
