Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very pathetic work life balance. Will not suggest anybody to work there. They will make you to work for continously 13-14 hours on daily basis if you oppose, your manager might feel it offended.

I got placed there in my last year of IIT and I am lucky to observe so much toxic culture in my first place. Where hardworkers are not even getting appreciation and the buttering people are getting big PPOs and promotions. Decided to let go after my intern.

Working like a slave for 7 days 23 hours. They don't want to hire you, they just want to get their work done. If you are talented they won't respect you and will torture you mentally.
