Poor work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management not clear what he do .huge cap between employees and management .company policies depand upon your Face , appraisals for some employees in twice in year and some employees in one in year that is huge confussion .

Such a pathetic workplace, non professional people's are working there, HR manager is disgusting person, they speak only their bull shit, never recommend this company to anyone, they stops employs for learning, No any system exist there, non ISO certified and non CE marked, there is not any QMS of deptt. Totally waste of time.
