No growth in the career, I have experience in account payable and they have told that u r going to work in account payable but they will force to work in billing, receiving, data entry, admin related works, payroll, which will not help full in career growth.when u r selected they will say u r going to work in account payable, they will force to work in all departments, which u cannot explain out side in other companies or organisations that u worked in account payable, receivable, billing, collection, admin related work and date entry.
