Likes

manageable work pressure. Some learning opportunities but limited.

Dislikes

Chaotic culture with favoritism and micromanagement. People senior associate don't get opportunities, facing biases at all levels. Unprofessional environment with an unwelcoming office culture. Work-from-home and leave approvals was poorly managed.Promotions favored tenure over performance. Minimal learning and career growth.

Can't speak for all the teams, but my role is client facing and the work is challenging and everyday is a different day with a lot of opportunity to work on your data analysis skills.

Dislikes

Local Indian management is worse. Often lie about policies and promotion. Unfair appraisal system with no proper justification to scores.
