Faced worst ever experience, alongwith threat to loose the job on immediate basis. They are not even supporting their own community people and everyone is insecure about their existence in the company.

Everything. It's a labour class job where everyone is treated as labour no work for an experienced educated people who can help company become better. BDM are called salesman and treated as one.

The food is provided by the organization at a minimal cost which saves employees the trouble of carrying it from home

A very unprofessional organisation and a typical Lala run company. Old employees and Boss appeasers get the immunity and growth. Not a place for educated and qualified personnels. 6 days working make it worst and liberties are taken to disturb employees even on Sundays. It's a concerning work atmosphere that is not conducive for women.
