My boss is extremely cooperative and professional

Gujrati culture. They only understand money nothing more than that.. without spending enough they want to earn huge amount. Without understanding the company's brand value tries to compete with the established brands. Salary and increment is pathetic. Tada structure is pathetic. They consider their employees as labourers. Hr policies are not proper.
