As a science teacher it is difficult to earn a good amount of money but classcanyon+ has bridged the gap between the students and the teachers and hence been great learning for the teachers and the pay is also good.

Dislikes

Not much communication with employees and other teachers on the platform. Feels secluded sometimes as its a work from home.

I love classcanyon. Teachers are given excellent support in all forms. Classcanyon is the best company which provides a fair salary to the teachers. They do support us with webinar's on managing stress, money and they do support us with language training. Teachers can work from home on their timings.

Dislikes

As i said before, i love Classcanyon, apart from salary i am earning a very good income.

They offer free math education to all data science and metaverse students. The company concept is brilliant for teachers as well as students. Proud to work with them.

Nothing as of now, everything is going smooth, payment on time, they also offer 3% commission as well.

No complaints about company and its struggle with employees, i got terminated as i was a part of Krishna team where most of the salespeople submitted their edited payslips. Just one complaint i have with Prashant, you should talk to us before taking such decisions. We know it was a very hard time for the startup to fight with 5-7 people, but we are loyal to the company. Priyanka should learn how to hire people, rest no complaints. The only part i love about this company is Easy selling of products, target completion is very very easy and incentives are high.

I was the one who informed Prashant, what was going on around you but he never listens because he thinks he is smart, but he may be smart in Building products but zero in managing the team. The people who did fraud, take action no one denied but why whole team suffers? Not even a single call from HR and another team member, just a mail of termination. Dislikes

Everything was good, salary was on time, and easy to sell a product but in every company, employees do some cheap work like editing payslips, etc but you should handle smarty. This is completely HR's fault, not a good sales team member.

i discussed Classcanyon with my friends who work in TCS, and Whitehat and all are giving very less hike in comparison to Classcanyon. This review is for all freshers starting their career in a different company but joining at the same time.

I got terminated as unable to perform mean 0 sales but still, I get 70% of my salary as a final settlement. The bigger problem in this company is Termination, if you don't perform well in the probation period, you get terminated after 3 warning mail and TL is not good. They must focus more on quality hiring.

Finally after battling with old employees, who submitted fake payslips and joined and tried damaging the company, we are now on Track again, after a court order. Prashant is a nice person for sure, this person faces everything but he always says don't worry we will win, and he is the only reason why i trusted this company for my career.

Company is perfect but struggled a lot with mismanagement. When I was working with Classcanyon they terminated more than 17 employees as all the employees submitted fake payslips. And a wave of fake complaints, but Prashant handled it very well and filled a Case. Founders need to be strong and just focus more on quality hiring.

The company is open to innovation and they have a separate team for that. If you are looking for a place to support your ideas and all this is the right place. They have a global student base, so you can interact with different people whole over the world.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. They have a significantly high percentage of variable pay for every level, but their payout is very poor.

You are going to work for 4 days in a week with Saturday Sunday and Monday off. But guess what? You will never ever receive your salary nor your 1st month salary nor your 2nd month salary, he just takes times and take your productivity and then asks you to leave without paying not only me especially he will ask the entire team to leave because of less sales. .don't join his company and come into his trap for working without salary.
