Good culture, people are good.
Dislikes
Upper management is ambitious but planning is not that great, salary is below market average, too many changes in top management.

Likes
Health Coverage. Leadership was very good before merger with CPA Global.
Dislikes
It is a KPO but most of the leadership in IP Admin is from BPO background. Lot of practices are BPO inspired.
Management wasting time on unnecessary practices like extreme employee data monitoring, cost reduction etc. instead of focusing on real issues like Customer and Employee retention, Quality of services, Client Engagement.
