I like nothing in this hotel. I don’t even recommend this hotel to anyone. This place is worst to work. Management will fire you if they don’t you personally also without reasons. 12 persons were absconded and 2 were fired during my worked period. HR attitude was so rude to employees. You cannot ask her even tough if your salary hasbeen deducted and without any reasons salary will be deducted you’ll have no idea. There is no leave benefits, no esi benefits, no insurance benefits, if you take sick leave or emergency leave also that’ll be unpaid leave only. You should work like a cow day and night. There is no manpower at this hotel currently only 30 staffs working and if anybody come also he/she will sustain for one or two months only. No this hotel is not good environment for work place I have been sexchuly harrasment n mentally harrasment in every way ,they forced fully written a letter that I have n issue my personal that's why I leave job they not given my salary full ,I working 14 hours duty everyday n I sick n they not given my medical also I admitted in hospital also ,the executive chef devraj he touched me many times n harras me ,n one lady in gm position anshul gowsami she is a very bad women she also harrasment me in working related issues becouse I complain the owner are open thread me that he will something wrong to me if I go for police the total experience is worshd ,they don't given me offer letter pay slip , salary ,my fare but they promised ,this kind of harrasment they given to me...Read More
